We Bought Another House. Ahhh!!!!

I do believe when I asked Andrew how long it would be before he flipped another house (after we had just flipped the Wood River house) he said 5-10 years. Just for the record- It's been one :) We've now owned 3 houses in the past year. Craziness. Our new summer project:
